My big fat Muslim Wedding

Do you have any idea how cool it is to wear these Asian style clothes?

Seriously,

Elastic baggy trousers, oversized shirt, scarf to cover spilled food or your head if your hair is misbehaving and more bling than is usually legal without a visual impairment warning.
I had several comments about being slim (which I laughed at) but was certain , if I adopted this style of clothing, I would happily gain 30lb to no ones knowledge.
Then there's the five days of parties, feasts and celebrating.
Maybe my test in life is to be a hungry Christian that only has a 1 day wedding?

Now that's a bouquet!

Can you see the size of that Orchid?
It's as big as her face!
He may be young and new at the husband thing but this guy has potential.

I look cool sitting down.

Not so much as I wreck every third turn.

Actually after many years of boarding I took a professional lesson and highly recommend it.
My fabulous and oh so free spirited instructor dude showed me how to turn tight and steep so I didn't need to use the pray and inhale technique I had become accustomed to.
I love to be out, being physical, it's silent and magnificent and exhilarating.

Something New

Well it's the most wonderful time of the year apparently and yet for myself and I'm sure many other people it's a time of short fuses, insufficient hours, financial demands and just plain old....AAARRGGGG!!!!
So I decided, since I seem to be unable to vent my woes without causing a major upheaval in my home and associate life, that maybe, a view written, which I didn't invite anyone to read, is a better approach for me.
I'm sure my grammer will be off par and my Mum will call to correct my spelling but that's ok beacause a I am dedicating this blog to "telling it like it is" and noone need take offense by my attempts to be honest, in a world where we have all become the very "Jones's" we are trying to keep up with.

Enjoy, my views, opinions and advice. They are only worth what you paid for them.
